How to order and pay

The same simple steps for every UpVire service: a free consultation, a written quote, half up front and half when you are happy.

Eight steps from first message to handover

  1. Free consultationTell us what you need on WhatsApp or with the form below. For SEO and articles, send your website address for a free first check.
  2. Written quoteWithin one working day you get the package, price, schedule and what is and isn't included.
  3. Agreement + 50% depositWebsite projects start with a short signed agreement (a digital signature is fine). Work begins once the deposit arrives.
  4. Send your materialLogo, photos, text, prices, or for articles your topics and keywords. Missing something? We help you put it together.
  5. We do the workYou get a preview link (websites), a report draft (SEO) or Google Docs (articles) to check.
  6. RevisionsSend one list of changes per round. Every round is written in the revision log.
  7. Final paymentPay the remaining 50% once you approve the result.
  8. HandoverThe website goes live on your domain with the accounts in your name, or the report and articles are yours to use.

How payment works

Services, in IndonesiaQRIS, e-wallet or bank transfer (virtual account) through Midtrans. The payment link comes with your quote, in Rupiah.
Services, from abroadCard or PayPal, in US dollars. The payment link comes with your quote.
Digital productsIn the digital shop: QRIS, e-wallet or virtual account (Midtrans). On Lynk.id: QRIS, e-wallet or bank transfer. On Gumroad and Etsy: card or PayPal.
50% / 50%, with receiptsServices: half to start, half once you approve the result. Every payment is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp and email.
Ground rules

Clear rules, written down

One revision = one listCollect every change and send them together. One list counts as one round, however many points it has.
Extra work is quoted firstA new page, feature or topic outside the agreed scope gets its own quote before anything is charged.
30-day bug-fix guaranteeFor websites: anything that doesn't work as agreed is fixed free for 30 days after launch.
It's yoursAfter the final payment, the files, accounts, reports and articles belong to you.
