Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UpVire. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What UpVire is

UpVire is an information service. We aggregate publicly listed prices from third-party retailers and present them for comparison, and we host storefront pages for creators. We are not a shop. We do not sell, stock, ship, or warrant any product shown on the site.

2. Your purchases are with the retailer, not with us

When you click through to a retailer and buy something, the contract is entirely between you and that retailer. Payment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, faults and customer service are their responsibility. We are not a party to that transaction and cannot resolve disputes arising from it.

3. Prices and accuracy

Prices, availability, images and descriptions are drawn from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date at the moment you view them. We make no guarantee that a price shown on UpVire is the price you will be charged. Always verify on the retailer's own site before purchasing. Currency conversions are indicative only, and shipping, taxes and import duties are generally not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person or organisation per account — don't share credentials.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Free and paid plans

The free tier includes a capped number of searches per day, a limited number of storefront links, a short analytics window, and UpVire branding on your storefront. Paid plans lift those limits and unlock additional features, at the price and billing interval shown at checkout.

Your storefront links are yours. On every plan, including Free, UpVire passes your outbound links through exactly as you saved them. We do not add, replace or strip affiliate tracking parameters, and we never reorder, substitute or add products to your storefront. 100% of the attribution on your links is yours. UpVire's own affiliate relationships apply only to the price-comparison search on our main site, which is separate from the storefront product — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers before the change applies to them.
Payments are processed by Stripe or Midtrans under their own terms. We never receive your card details.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion if the service was materially unavailable.
Consumers in the EU and UK retain their statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, unless you asked for the service to start immediately and it has been fully delivered.

6. Creator storefronts

If you publish a storefront on UpVire, you are responsible for what is on it. You agree that:

You have the right to use every image, name and description you upload.
Your storefront complies with the affiliate programme rules of every network whose links you use, and with the advertising disclosure laws that apply to your audience — including clearly disclosing that your links are affiliate links.
You will not promote illegal, counterfeit, adult, hateful, deceptive, or dangerous products, or anything misrepresenting its origin, price or effect.
You will not use a store name, slug, domain or branding that impersonates another person or business.
We may remove any storefront or product that breaches these terms, without notice where the breach is serious.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from UpVire, or reverse engineer the service.
Circumvent search limits, rate limits, plan restrictions, or authentication.
Overload, disrupt, or probe the service or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
Generate artificial clicks, impressions, or referrals — on our links or a creator's.
Use the service to break any law that applies to you.

8. Affiliate income

We earn commissions on some links. This is disclosed in full in our Affiliate Disclosure, which forms part of these terms. Commission does not affect the ranking or inclusion of results.

9. Availability

We aim to keep UpVire running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Some functionality depends on third-party providers, and their outages will affect us. Paid plans do not come with a service level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that prices are accurate, that results are complete, or that the service will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

If you publish a storefront, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your links, or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. On termination, your storefronts stop being published and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual property

The UpVire name, logo, design and software are ours. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. If you believe content on UpVire infringes your rights, email [email protected] with details and we will review it promptly.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
