WEBSITE BUILD AGREEMENT

agree to the following terms for building a website.

Article 1 — Scope of work

5. Anything not written in this article is outside the scope and, if requested, is done as extra work under a separate quote.

Article 2 — Price and payment

1. Total price: (US dollars / Rupiah, strike one out)
2. A 50% deposit is paid after this agreement is signed. Work starts once the deposit is received.
3. The remaining 50% is paid once the Second Party approves the final version, before the website moves to the Second Party's domain and the accounts are handed over.
4. The deposit is not refundable if the project is cancelled after the first design has been sent.

Article 3 — Schedule and material

1. Working time: working days, counted from when the deposit and all material are received.
2. The Second Party sends the material (logo, photos, text, contacts) within 7 days of the deposit. Late material moves the schedule back by the same amount of time.
3. If the Second Party does not respond for 30 days, the project is considered finished at its last stage, and payment remains due for the work done.

Article 4 — Revisions

1. The price includes 2 (two) rounds of revisions.
2. One round is one list of changes sent together in one message (WhatsApp or email). Changes sent separately on different days count as separate rounds.
3. A revision changes what Article 1 already covers: text, photos, colours and layout. A new page, a new feature or a complete redesign is extra work.
4. Every round is recorded in the Revision Log (Appendix) and a copy is sent to the Second Party's email and WhatsApp. The Second Party's confirmation by message counts as their initials.
5. Rounds after the second cost US$15 (or Rp150,000) each, paid before the work starts.
6. A version with no response within 7 days of being sent is considered approved.

Article 5 — Ownership and access

1. After the final payment, the website, files, domain and hosting account belong to the Second Party and are handed over in their name.
2. The First Party may show this website as a portfolio example unless the Second Party objects in writing.
3. The Second Party confirms that the material it sends (photos, logo, text) is its own or licensed for use.

Article 6 — Guarantee

1. The First Party fixes, free of charge, anything that does not work as described in Article 1 for 30 days after launch.
2. The guarantee does not cover content or design changes, damage caused by changes made by others, or outages at the domain or hosting provider.

Article 7 — Other terms

1. Changes to this agreement apply only if both parties agree in writing, including by email or WhatsApp.
2. Disputes are settled by discussion first.
3. This agreement may be signed digitally, and a signed PDF copy is as valid as the original.
