Berapa lama satu layanan?How long does a service take?

Potong sekitar 30–45 menit, creambath 60 menit, warna dan smoothing 2–4 jam tergantung panjang rambut. Kami konfirmasi lewat WhatsApp saat booking.A cut takes about 30–45 minutes, a cream bath 60 minutes, and colour or smoothing 2–4 hours depending on length. We confirm on WhatsApp when you book.

Bagaimana kalau saya terlambat atau perlu membatalkan?What if I’m late or need to cancel?

Kabari kami lewat WhatsApp minimal 3 jam sebelumnya. Keterlambatan lebih dari 15 menit bisa membuat jadwal digeser.Let us know on WhatsApp at least 3 hours before. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean moving your appointment.
